disgusting response to complaints | |
I have followed with interest their response at darkhouse pictures and danielle designs ( i believe they are married) I am disgusted at the unproffessional way they speak to and about clients. In business this is not how you should conduct yourself From posts it seems evident that danielle has lied about sending parcels and is behind with orders and darkhouse questionable as to how they can afford to run this deal as the numbers do not stack up. Perhaps this could be explained.. Anyway I am looking for a videographer to come to my home town of norwich but will steer clear as to good is often true. I admire the couple for setting up in business but fear they are in to deep and not yet able too understand the consequences of their actions A wedding is so special and the way they are pubilcly conducting themselves ( although some posts have disappeared) is wrong. |

me and my now husband won a competition with DarkHouse pictures, We had fast and helpful communication with phil himself and given our personal situations both phil and his wife Danielle helped us out an awful lot!! even doing aditional extras without question or any problems!! I received a highlights dvd which was done within a week due to my personal situation which was brilliant, we then where kindly lent a camera by phil to take away with us on our honeymoon, on return phil gave us a two week waiting time for our finished dvd, which was completed within this period (with days to spair) we also received our honeymoon photographs on disk free of charge and also a wall of fame complete in frame! I can honestly say that we had nothing but good experiences with DarkHouse pictures and would highly recomend to anybody!! |
