| No celebrity service to match the prices | |
| Found Groom to be very expensive for 4 wedding suits (£700 compared to £420 at Moss Bros). They said this was due to the quality of suits. I'm sure the quality really is excellent, but the fit was no different to the high street, and the service was poor. The sales assistant didn't listen to us and walked off when we were talking!!! The manager came across as a bit of a wideboy. Glad we looked elsewhere. |
