| Poor communication |   | Although this is a small shop they had a huge collection of mens wedding suits to hire in a catalogue so we choose a style we liked and placed an order for 5 suits.
They had to order them from another store and managed to mess up the order.
They did however apologise and give us a refund so we went elsewhere to be on the safe side so only cost us a few weeks of time and luckily we had started to organise this early!!! | | Laura - 27/11/2008 |
