| Stay away!!! |   | We decided to use Moss Bros because they have shops near all the relevent men who needed to have matching ones.
Unfortunately it wasn't as easy as it should have been and they mixed up meaning we got suits in the wrong sizes 2 days before the wedding with alot of complaining we managed to get this corrected although some of them did fit perfectly
If you can avoid them don't use them. , their customer service is terrible and the amount of worry and stress I had to deal with as a result had me in tears. Be warned!! | | Rachel R - 14/01/2009 |  | | Rude, Wrong and in need of repair. | | We chose Moss Bross as they had the suit and colour we wanted and the Ushers were scattered across the UK, so easy to get to a store and take measurements and phone through to the lead store .... or so we thought.
We had to chase up measurements once the ushers had been seen to get them to the lead store and ordered.
One member of staff was rude to my disabled father, and one waistcoat arrived with stains, and another had damaged buttons. The day before the wedding my mum is cleaning and repairing them.
On the day it all went to plan, and hubby and the guys looked great, but the hassle in the run up is just not needed. | | CN - 29/10/2008 |
