I booked one of their studio's for 18 October last year, having paid a deposit of £90 some months before that. Two weeks prior to the event Deb cancelled, advising that the studio required repair and that my deposit would be refunded. This was an enormous inconvenience with financial implications for myself but I accepted it in good faith.
After a month I was told by Deb that the money had been deposited into my account but could not give me the details. She now does not return my calls, respond to my numerous voice messages or reply to my e-mails.

| be aware they do several courses and always cancel at the lady minute without warning! I have turned up 3 times for courses and the venue were unaware of tiptop photography. The refunded my money eventually, twice, both cheques bounced. So do not accept cheques from them. Overall they are just unprofessional jokers, who to my knowledge have done the same thing to several people. They even owe money to suppliers I use who no longer deal with them! You've been warned!!! |
