| Started well but did not get over the final hurdle! |   | We hired Elly Mac as our Wedding photographer in January 2014, her first wedding of the year. All seemed fine at first, she turned up for the wedding as arranged, we even had a pre meeting at the wedding venue, so we had no indication that it would all go horribly wrong.
Wedding proofs came through the week after the wedding, we placed our full order which included albums and various prints for both sets of parents, these had to be paid for in full on ordering - which we did.
We are still awaiting 5 albums plus other items 8 months later, such a disappointment. I have left a review on The House of Elly Mac website but it tells me on submitting that reviews would be checked and if content approved the review would be shown - I very much doubt that my review will appear!
I'm still awaiting a refund or our albums after months of Elly Mac's promises... I would avoid using her on your big day. | | Tracey Rowe - 13/08/2014 |
