| Despicable Charecter, not to be trusted |   |
We wish we could give a review of zero stars. Our wedding was photographed by Colin and Trish Bell (Photographer at your service) at Slaley in October 2010. We have been waiting for 3 albums, all paid for in advance, which were promised to be in our hands by December 2011.
While initially there were excuses when we contacted Colin, he no longer replies to our messages or reurns our calls. Even after tracking him down in person at his home in December 2012 we still have had no correspondence since and are resorting to legal proceedings to get our money back. Please do not trust this couple with your money, let alone your wedding photos.

| Very disappointed - do not use! | |
Would have given a 0 if I could have.
It has now been almost 3 years since our wedding and Colin has still not provided us with our wedding album. Despite one final email from him apologising for the delay about 3 months ago we are now facing having to take him to court to get our album as he has failed to respond to any communication. The beautiful big italian white leather album promised to us when we initially met with him is yet to materialise along with the professional prints of our photos. I am utterly disgusted that he has treat us this way. He was paid in full before the wedding and there were delays caused by both parties in getting and chosing the photos for the album but even taking that into account still does not excuse the delay and avoidance of calls and emails! |

| I cried when I saw my photos | |
I had fantastic service from the start and when the final photos arrived I cried, they really are a beautiful reminder of our lovely day.
