| Ordered dress for wedding |   | | Experience similar to previous reviews.Ordered dress paid £800 told by the woman I spoke to that I would get it in 6 weeks. 4 months later still have no dress. When I contacted her she would give me a new date but I never received the dress or the refund she promised. I had to continually contact her for an update on the dress I ordered. Most e.mails were ignored. The customer service I received was shocking the woman was very rude and did not follow up with anything she agreed to do. Given what I have since read about this shop its disgraceful that she is allowed to continue to operate as a buisness. Please avoid at all costs and let others know.
