| Beautiful Dress, Bad Sleeves, No Recourse |   | I ordered a beautiful dress from Landy Bridal. It came in just fine from China. It cannot be worn because the sleeves are sewn so skinny that I cannot pull the top of the dress up because the sleeves will not go up my arm. I am a thin woman with thin arms. Even a 12 year old girl cannot put her arm in the sleeves enough.
Of course I waited a few weeks to report it to them and they are not accommodating. They will only address issues if you tell them in 3 days! I will alter the dress and sell it, but many women do not have the skills to replace sleeves.
Very disappointing. You might be stuck if you order from this group and don't speak up within 3 days. | | Debra - 12/05/2016 |
