| Brides please beware |   | | Hi. I have just recieved notice from this company that they will not be able to fulfill my order for my wedding dress leaving me completely in the lurch. I ordered my dress in Jan for April having been assurred by the company that they only needed 3 weeks to complete my odrer.After the order was confirmed I heard nothing desipte trying to contact them. Eventually I had an e-mail saying that my dress had been despatched on 26th feb - this was now middle of March - I had not recieved it. They then told me that it had been lost but that they were busy making me a replacement. I e-mailed them yesterday to confirm that the dress had been despatched - thry said I would get it by 5th - but have been told that they can't make it in time and offered me two ready made (mine was made to measure) dresses which were nothing at all like the one I ordered. I feel as if i have been lied to all the way through tjis and that my dress was never despatched and that they never started on the replacement. Pleae think twice before ordering with this company or at least give yourself plenty of time and have a plan B | | Debra Ennis - 02/04/2014 |  | | Milly bridal.... Great service | | | We'll all I can say is amazing!!!! After reading other reviews I was a bit sceptical about ordering a dress online but I'm so pleased I took the plunge and went ahead. I after finding my perfect dress I emailed the company and they were fantastic in responding straight away with any queries that I had. I had several emails before I placed my order. The explained that it may take a little longer for my dress to be made due to it being Chinese New Year. I ordered my dress 19th January and was told that my dress would be ready by end of February. True to their word I received an email on 28th February with pictures of my finished dress. I was then told that it would take 5-7 days for my dress to arrive. They emailed me a tracking number so I could track my delivery, and I even received a text on the delivery day. When my dress arrived (5th march) I tried it on and it fit like a glove, I was amazed how good the fit was! The quality is first class and the finish is fantastic! If anyone is looking to save some money on a wedding dress then this is the way to go, yes I was a little bit nervous doing this but I am so pleased that I did.
