| Terrible Service - Do Not Use |   | | Having ordered my bridesmaid dress and paid I waited patiently and heard nothing from the company. After numerous emails chasing them which were ignored the dress was sent but the straps were different lengths. I sent pictures showing the discrepancy and asked for my money back. They refused to refund me the money and suggested I got someone to alter the straps. They agreed to refund me £15 for the inconvenience but I have still not seen this money refunded despite numerous emails again chasing them. The stitching on the dress was poor and measurements inconsistent. I have since had to buy another bridesmaid dress and been left out of pocket.
