| Great service but quality could be improved |   | I ordered my shoes from Bespoke Big Day very close to the lead time they specify, so was a bit nervous about whether they would arrive on time. I sent a few emails to check progress, and I always received a helpful response. The shoes did arrive on time, and customer service is good, however it would be helpful if the company provided a phone number for customers to contact.
The reason I decided to write this review however, is because the embelishment on my shoes (a bow with pearls and beading) fell off just as I was about to walk down the aisle on my wedding day. These had been glued on, obviously not very securely, as of course this was the first time I had worn the shoes. I was very lucky that the staff at the venue did all they could to find a solution and the bow was safety-pinned onto the shoe, but this was far from ideal and caused a fair amount of stress as you can imagine! | | AS - 15/10/2010 |
