| I bought a poor quality wedding planner as a gift. The recipient had to put all the pages together herself and there were spelling errors in product. Terrible customer service and the item is still for sale even with the error. |

| Fantastic Service and Gorgeous Products | |
I'm glad I didn't listen to the first review as I have found this company fantastic on every occasion I have shopped there. I now shop their regulary and Sue on the customer service desk is soooo helpful. If I need any info on a product or getting a delivery for a specific time she is a great help. The last order I placed was for a leather baby record book for my friend and she loved it, the quality was great and it got many comments at the Christening. I would definateley recommend the company, no doubts there.

Nice products but appalling service.
First, very large order delayed - when we rang up it appeared it had been forgotten.
When it finally arrived it was poorly packaged. Two items were bent where they were squeezed into the box, one item was covered in food remains and a personalised item was misspelt - even though it was clearly spelt correctly on order.
We were then promised a re-delivery of these items by a specific time. Having waited in all day - they didn't arrive. Rosemary at the company again said they had been forgotten 'for some reason' and had not been posted.
We live in hope of ever seeing these goods or getting our money back.
We would recommend that you find similar products elsewhere as there are clearly problems in this company - perhaps they are about to go bust like so many others?! |

Easy to order online - lovely customer services on the phone to let me know it was on it's way.
Also supply personalisation plaques, and fab pen sets to have at the side of the guest book- so no one left rummaging for a half eaten biro!
Something for all budgets!
