| Half my flowers were dead |   | I should have known from the consultation not to book with them but they was a recommend supplier from my wedding venue and I trusted them.
I didn't feel they understood what I wanted at all, and I contacted them may times to try and get reassurance but they just kept telling me it be all right on the day.
At one point i got so stressed out about it, as they wasn't giving me what I wanted i cancelled the order but was told there be a fee, so I had to change my mind as I couldn't afford to lose the money.
I think that could have been a big factor to why half my flowers where almost dead, brown around the edges and very limb.
Will never use them again, they made it clear they couldn't careless and get enough business from being a recommended supplier.
