We wanted to use Stephen because he has an great reputation for wedding and event flowers. We were not disappointed.
His team were helpful and spent time finding out what we wanted and then created exactly what we discussed, right down to the buttonholes and hair halos for our page and flower girls.

| Overpriced! |  |
| Initial contact was encouraging to agree flowers for our wedding anniversary celebration with over 30 guests. However they completely misunderstood our requirements and then lost all our details, so we never heard back from them! After chasing up some time later they didn't even apologise and said something about 'being very busy'. What a shower, don't waste your time using them. |

| I used their Interflora service to send flowers to my girlfriend - oh what a disppointment. The flowers were not as described, being the wrong colour, and of poor quality, all at a premium price. A waste of money. I phoned to complain and all I got was cold disinterest from the person I spoke to. Will never use them again for sure. |

| Sad to say my recent experience of this florist was poor - very overpriced flowers, shop staff very rude and not trained in good customer service. |

Excellent florist, delivered exactly what I required, very friendly helpfull staff who were so helpful, nothing was a problem.

| They were prompt in emailing though it seemed their prices were a bit high. Though I was arranging the wedding from the USA, but this vendor was the one that was hardest to work with. And when I corrected her final estimate as she had 2 items listed incorrectly, when she did change it, the price stayed the same so it felt like they had a minimum they were looking to charge. There was confusion about the type of orchids in my bouquet and I really didn't like the ones I received but in pictures it did end up looking very nice. |
