| Disaster Wedding Gown |   | This people are outrageous, my wedding gown arrived and I burst into tears...the customer service and lady that made the dress were not at all helpful. I explained the material was cheap, the dress not properly stitched and the style I chose on the website was nothing like the dress sent...to which they responded that even if it was remade, they would still use the same material and a refund was out of question as the dress was custom made to my size!
I had to visit a bridal shop to get my dream dress and it didn't break the bank. I never got my money back from landy bridal and the dress has since been disposed of. | | Ebun - 20/12/2010 |
