| Customer Satisfaction?!!! What's that?!!!! |   | | I ordered a personalised bikini from this company and was delighted when it arrived around 4 days later...only to find that the company had embroidered the wrong name on the bikini bottoms. Not a problem I thought, sending a polite email I requested information on what to do next or if nothing was possible to have a refund as I had sent them the correct details. Only to get some quite short and abrupt message back from them saying that they could not help further on the matter as I had received what it was that I had ordered. The o in the name I wanted has been embroidered as an a...Therefore this is not what I ordered. I have not received a refund and would not shop with cheekyckeeksonline again. Cheeky is a very appropriate name to have as in fact that is exactly what they are!!! | | Mrs Annoyed - 22/04/2009 |
