| I would not recommend this company / woman to anyone she was quick enough to take my money but not capable of fulfilling her side, she's rude she lies and she just wants your money steer clear by any costs as you will be disappointed she does not even own the backdrops lights etc total rip off she's not even able to send a letter to me use a reputable company and save yourself some heartache and your money I do not know of anyone who had had a nice experience with this awful woman. Total rip off products look cheap promises good quality as said before by someone budget by name budget by nature |

Budgetbrides Wedding Services are excellent!
Michelle the owner has been planning my wedding with me since 2011 until 2013 when i got married. She has been my rock through everything.
Always there no matter what time of the day, whether it has been via email, text or facebook. I have changed my numbers, theme etc about 20 times and nothing has been too much hassle.
Her prdoucts are excellent for the price you pay, I looked around for about 6 months, met other companies to see theior prices and products and They where the cheapest i could find for the same quality of service that i would of got. A few friends hhad recommended them as they had used them and then I had also been warned by a couple of friends about things they had been told from other people.
God know where their bad experiances has come from becuase i certenly did not see any evidence of this and neither has the 11 people i know who has used their services.
Keep up the good work, I have already recommended them to two girls at work and my Brother who has just booked their services.
Myself and Steve can not thank you enough. |

| This company promises the earth and fulfills nothing the woman who is the one who's business it is rude and unhelpful when problems caused by her are met with poor products and a horrible attitude, she didn't return calls emails or respond to any letters, my day should have been perfect but thus company caused so much heartache- steer clear and find reputable company |

After reading the last review about this company i was very worried however I had been recommended them by lots of other wedding businesses and friends.
I got married 3 weeks ago and booked them last minute. Service was outstanding and the detail and quality of stock was out of this world.
Seems to me the last review did not read her terms and conditions correctly as it does state about their allowed to supply alternatives if there was any issues with booked products. I know this as something of mine had to be swapped at last minute but i didn't care and the alternative was actually better than the original.
Keep up the good work Budgetbrides coz your amazing. |
