| taken money off me no service very aggressive refused to send me a receipt and terms of sale. blamed me for not paying the balance when they never told me then rented out the products so I end up with nothing. aggressive people |

| Appalling Service | |
| My Daughters wedding day was a stunning event except for the chair covers. She received a text at 3 am on morning of wedding to say they didn't have colour lace she had ordered and paid for. With no choice she accepted an alternative colour. On the day they turned up so late that when the ceremony begun lots of the chairs didn't have bows and none of them had a brooch which was also arranged. After the ceremony then they were tying the rest of the bows on in front of all the guests. It was very embarrassing. When we all sat down for the Reception the bows looked shoddy and half of them were falling to the floor. All in all we were very unhappy and disappointed with the service and when my Daughter contacted the company to complain she was sent a message blaming her?? She was then Blocked so can no longer speak with them. Very unprofessional and rude with no regard for their customers. I will be sharing our experience with as many people as I can to prevent another Bride being upset and disappointed on her big day!!! |

| 5* Service, Value for money and nothing too much trouble | |
| I contacted Chair Covers Wales after feeling uneasy about no contact from another venue decorating company I had chosen called Bedazzled after sending lots of emails and getting no replies. My wedding was only a small affair but from the get go nothing was too much trouble and all emails were answered within hours. They were really helpful even when I wasn't sure about my choices they turned up at the venue and set a table with my chosen colour to ensure that I was happy with what I had chosen, nothing was too much trouble. They also won an Award for "West Wales' Best Venue Dresser" shortly after doing my wedding and all I can say is that they deserve the recognition and I would recommend them to anyone. They made what was a stressful situation for me into a very pleasant one and even provided me with photographs of the room set up as a keep sake. 5* Service and value for money too!! |
