| We had booked our wedding on April 18th, and decided to use bows hire as they have a excellent reputation in Sussex, and we were so happy we did, there showroom is wonderful and Hayley was truly amazing, they listened to all our needs with changes and delivered above and beyond in there service, the service we received from Hayley and her staff on the wedding day was truly fantastic right down to the little details, we both cannot thank them all enough for giving us a truly memorable and magical wedding. |

| They transformed a village hall into a magical space | |
| Bows Hire transformed a village hall into a magical space for our daughter 'Frozen' party it was just jaw-dropping... looked stunning (we will post photos when we get them back from the photographer). The team were super-professional and arrived early and set up in plenty of time for us to get the food out etc. Big thank-you from all of us! |

I was recommend this company from my friend and sister who both used them. Im not one for doing reviews but they did such an incredible job of transforming my wedding venue that looked to conferency into a magical wedding setting that i wanted to make sure they were left 5*s.
Having their showroom was great as i got to see everything before so nasty hidden surprises on the day. Could fault them - thank you x |

| We were given a quote from Bows Hire for my wedding, which on thought we decided to make our own decorations as the ones we saw were very cheap looking. Tried to contact Bows hire to confirm that I would still like to hire drapes and I had no reply for a month after this quote. After contacting again on email, telephone, facebook, and more emails, I had no reply. Finally I got through to them and was told the drapes were not available anymore. AVOID THIS COMPANY, they only want your money and do not care about customer service as they are one of the biggest hire companies in the area. The reason I think they did not want to hire out just the drapes to us, is because we didn't want the whole package of chair covers, etc, etc from them - ridiculous. Do research, there are some other companies around with a lot better service and who are not arrogant as they know they can get other custom and bigger jobs for more money. |

| Supplier's Response | We do specify on every email that once you have decided to use our services to make a booking as we do book up very quickly, We understand some clients can get upset that we book up and are no longer available for their event.
We are available in the office Mon - Fri 9-4pm so I'm not sure why Emma didn't call us to check we were getting her emails ok, as we do answer all enquries within 48 hours

My Husband and I just got married over the summer 08 with our reception in the Preston Cross Hotel in Surrey. We was amazed at how great their service was and at such a reasonable price. We didn't see them bring the chair covers when they set up, the chairs were set up beautifully and then they were taken away again without problem or fuss. I could not have asked for a better, more convenient service. They took all the stress out of the setting up and made the room feel so special as a result. Everything we asked for and more. we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

| Would like to recommend the company Bows Hire who dressed my wedding in September 08. They were so efficient in all my dealings with them and the end product was exactly what i wanted. Thought id let everyone know as it can be hard to find a reliable supplier as most of the other brides on my forum found. |
