| Great food, excellent service! |  | Dave said that it was our job to say what he wanted and his job to ensure it was done without any worry for us on the day. He was true to his word, even though our requests were amended several times.
The occasion was our daughter’s wedding reception. During the preparation, we were grateful for Dave’s attentive help and his flexibility. On the day, many guests, including one in the catering business, commented on the high standard of the food, Those with special dietary requirements were especially appreciative of the inventive and tasty dishes they received, so that they felt part of the occasion, not inconvenient hangers-on.
The front-of-house service was smooth and friendly, delivering all courses at the right temperature and to the correct people without fuss.
