| do not recommend!! |   | | I just want to say buying my wedding dress from this shop in a way ruined the (hopefully) only special day il have! Firstly I went along they had nice White slippers and a robe the shop was clean and pretty the girls were nice. They made me feel comfortable I chose my dress I thought everything was going great. I ordered my dress beginning of February and was told I would have it by bevgining of June. June came and no word from anyone after emailing twice and running several times (as no one answered) I finally was told 3rd week in June I could pick it up. When I went there the dress looked like it had been screwed up in a ball and sent over they hadn't even steamed creases out for when I arrived! I had few issues there and then with dress was 10 inches to long sleeves didn't fit right (after being told was made to measure and was measured in first appointment). They said everyone's dresses have to have a little alteration! Anyway long story short and £400 later (cost of alterations on a dress that already cost £1200!!!!) I was only able to collect my dress at 20:30 the night before my wedding day due to the fact dress was late arriving , made dreadfully to the point it had to be taken apart then put together again and needed so much alteration the lady worked a whole week solid on my dress alone!! I ve had no apology they don't seem to understand why I am so upset and quite frankly I don't think they care!!! | | Mrs giles - 01/10/2015 |  | | Fabulous | | Contemporary, bright, airy and spacious boutique. Totally private appointment. Plenty of gorgeous dresses , shoes & accessories to choose from at affordable prices. Very friendly & helpful staff, no pressure, no hard sell.. Very reasonably priced alterations service. All dresses were ready ahead of schedule.
Kept updated throughout the entire process. All queries answered, all calls returned.
