|Very poor Customer Service
|My Daughter bought an Allure wedding gown from this shop and the alterations were not done in time for the wedding. The owner and her seamstress ruined the dress until in the end it was not wearable. The owner refused to give a refund £1170 even though the dress remains in the shop to this day. She ruined my Daughters wedding dress experience and almost ruined her wedding something she will never get back.

|Ruined my Daughter's Wedding experience
|My Daughter made the mistake of ordering a dress from Danielle Brown the proprietor of this shop. Danielle took her measurements and then ordered an Allure bridal gown that was too small and then spent 3 months cutting the dress to pieces to try to make it fit. In the end it looked like a Frankinstein dress and 2 days before we needed to leave for the wedding venue Danielle rang to advise that her in house seamstress could not do any more alterations as she had fell ill. My Daughter had to then find another wedding dress to wear on one of the most important days of her life. I cannot express how devastated we both were. To cap it all she denied liability and will not refund her money. Please do not make the same mistake as I would hate this to happen to anyone else. This experience ruined my Daughters big day.
If I could mark this shop as zero stars or worse I would do as she should not be in business advising brides and ordering dresses that don't fit.

|Lovely People & Awesome Dress!
|'d like to say that I'm very impressed with the service in this Bridal Shop. I would fully recommend everybody having a look for their perfect dress in there. I went in expecting the usual stiff and starchy approach you get from bridal shops, and got such a nice surpise at how friendly, kind and helpful they are. Christina really makes you feel comfortable and at ease, and she is so willing to help out where she can. What made it the best, was I went in there, and spotted my perfect dress straight away!
