| Bridal dress on line |   | Your company is very helpful when ordering and state the item can be returned if it does not fit. It takes quite sometime to arrive as is from CHINA.
What you neglect to tell anyone is if the item does not fit, you have to take numerous photos, spend three months disputing the fact by email, then you finally offer 70 percent (if YOU decide it is not made to YOUR measurements & guidelines (I ordered a normal UK off the peg & as it did not fit expected to return it) In none of the correspondence was i informed the item was being made to measure (although standard size in CHINA)
You then state if not your fault you will refund 30 percent on top of the cost of returning to China which you also neglect to inform anyone when ordering.
I cannot believe that you would think that every item you send will fit someone and make it so difficult to refund - you might as well state NO REFUNDS given - many people order several dresses to try before deciding - I loved the dress but it was nowhere near the size I would expect unless you base your sizes on skinny Chineese people. Extremely disappointed with the whole process. I now have a wedding dress which is useless to me or anyone else - Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and inconvenience you have caused. | | tC - 02/01/2014 |
