| Awful experiance |   | | I brought my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses from kt bridal,and when I first went into shop Sam and her mum couldn't of been nicer. However once I had chosen and importantly paid a large sum of money, they lost interest, I remember crying after one of my visits as they made me feel so unimportant, and I could tell they just wanted me in and out. Rather than talk to me about my dress or anything to do with my wedding they talked over me about there struggles to give up smoking and how busy they were, its as if I wasn't even there. Sams mum also argued with me about how much I had left to pay on my dress saying I had got the amount wrong, she aws very abrupt and when I produced a receipt to show I was correct, she blamed her daughter for making a mistake and offered me no apology. Also two of the bridesmaids dresses didn't fit well at all, after paying to get them altered and made to fit supposedly perfectly. All in all, we were all glad to see the back of this shop and felt massively disappointed with our experience, the only negative I have about my wedding, everything else went well, if I think of how much money I spent there and how I was treated it makes me very angry. To be fair,i loved my dress but i do think the two women need to go on a serious customer servicesa course!!!! | | faith - 02/07/2013 |
