I'm terribly sorry for the stress caused by the delay but as the owner of Bijou Bridal Wear I feel I should be given the chance to respond to the review. For starters my darling your dress was held by the customs and that had nothing to do with me. Just to clarify this I managed to get the managing director of Callista Bridal to personally contact you and your mother to ensure you understood what was happening and what was happening was entirely beyond my control. The day you did have your dress I put in gifts valued above £150 and also the express charages for your alterations were happily deducted and covered by me personally. For you to write this unjust review is extremely unkind but I appreciate that you were under stress as I was too. However despite your unkind and rather untruthful recollection of the events I wish you all the best for your future health and happiness.

Terrible service. After a series of cock ups made by the shop and lies told my dress finally arrived 3 days before my wedding. What should have been an exciting time was the most stressful of my life as I had no idea if I would have a dress to wear. Awful.
