| Very Disappointing Experience - I won't be using these again |   | | Having set my heart on an Audrey Hepburn style dress, I came across Milly Bridal which had a picture in the website the exact same as was in my head. I researched their sizings and decided that rather than sending my measurements I would order a size bigger than I am (as the sizes seemed to be pretty accurate) to allow for any alterations. I paid for the dress and had an e-mail a week later to measure for the bridal shrug which I was impressed with however, communication then very rapidly dried up and the dress was also removed from their website. Despite sending regular e-mails pleading for updates I had nothing, not even a notification of delivery (which turned up out of the blue)- there is NO INDICATION on the website that it is in fact in China. The dress arrived and, whilst the workmanship on the bodice is fabulous, it was apparent that it was not the size I ordered, nor was it my normal size, but rather 2 sizes too small - the waist however was too bit and the length was ordered at "tea length" and arrived floor length!!! I e-mailed and estimated that I should be able to get a local dressmaker to adjust the dress, using the length from the bottom and that it would cost an additional £50 for this work. I requested a partial refund to keep my review friendly however, to date no correspondence has been received - surprise, surprise.
