| Brilliant service |  | This shop has been amazing with all my needs during the stressful time that is wedding planning!!
From the day I just turned up in the shop to have a look at some dresses to point where I pick it up in 2 weeks time the assistance and friendliness I've received from the shop has been great.
The first thing I loved about this shop was that I wasn't hassled by anyone the moment I walked into the shop, I got a chance to have a nose around before being pounced by someone asking me a million questions about what I might be looking for and how much I was wanting to pay, like many shops I had previously been to.
The second thing is Karen the owner of the shop has been great with me, even when I forgot my own dress fitting she made me feel ok about it, and said to just get there as soon as I could. I also had to have alterations made to the dress after the fitting that was suppose to be my last and because Karen could see I was worrying she called her seamstress to see if she was available there and then for me. I thought this was so good she could have easily asked me to come back another time.
In short if you want a shop where you can go look at dresses without being pounced on & service that is amazingly helpful and actually caring about you and your big day I suggest you check this shop out!! I never had any worries about my dress and can't thank Karen enough for making my dress shopping experience as wonderful as it was.
