| I feel so upset at how myself and my sisters were just treated in the shop, that I feel I need to warn others. A sales assistant called Barbara was incredibly rude and off-putting. The whole experience was so intimidating that we left the shop feeling like I hadn't even had the chance to try on the dresses I liked. |

| I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to do so. I had a very stressful experience buying my dress from this store. The delivery of the dress was very late and it was not even exactly the same as I had ordered! From my experience, the customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this store at all for buying your wedding dress! |

| I had a wonderful experience in the London store. The staff were a lot friendler than in other London stores and the quality of dresses was outstanding compared to the price tag. Definitely a good value for money and a wide range of styles too. I bought a stunning fairytale style by Tom Flowers which I am in love with and can't wait to wear again! |
