| Terrible service |   | | My sister is getting married in March so we went into Cinfertile and Lace to choose our bridesmaid dresses. Initially the service was very good, we picked 2 dresses and ordered. We were told they would take 8 - 10 weeks and we would receive a call to let us know when they were ready. After 10 weeks we had not received a call do called them and they confirmed the dresses were in. We went to try them on only to find both dresses had been ordered in the wrong material! At first the shop did not take responsibility and said it was correct to our order, when we produced an order form stating the correct material they said there may have been a misunderstanding. With only 5 weeks until the wedding, they gave us a full refund saying they will suffer the loss and there is not enough time to correct the order!! So we are left with no dresses and only 5 weeks to find them. The people that run this shop need to learn some customer service. | | Jo Hoare - 19/02/2012 |
