| Awful visit |   | | Member of staff working (Middle Aged blonde lady) was so rude. I had got an unexpected day off work and was really excited to go bridal shopping with my mum for the first time after recently becoming engaged. She completely ruined the experience for me I walked out really upset after being looked down on and spoken to really unpleasantly. I had not booked an appointment but there was no other customer in the shop and two empty fitting rooms. I had also checked on the website and it doesn't state that it's appointment only. (When other shops in the building do) She treated me like an inconvenience and made me feel really embarrassed.
