| Bridal shoes |   | Avoid like the plague!!!!
Having since read various reviews I know I am not alone. Yona and her company give the internet a bad name.
The shoes do not look like on the website but above all do not fit. I am a UK 8 and never have I had a problem fitting into an 8 on the High Street. I couldn't even get my foot into her shoes. I felt glad when they didn't fit as I was so disappointed with the crystal shoes which were for my wedding.
Delivery was slow - the shoes arrived with less than a week to the wedding date which Yona was informed of and emailed chasing on several occasions. I did from time to time receive correspondence.
Refund forget it Yona will promise she is sending the money ( never via Paypal) it doesn't arrive!!!
Paypal are no investigating her - with any luck she will be struck off.
I am taking to her to the Small Claims Court on Monday 1st August 2011.

Please read other reviews which add further fuel to the fire and I would advise everyone to not part with their money and if you choose to do so ensure you use a credit card as you are not covered under Paypal as you only have 45 days from payment to raise a dispute.
