| Sour Faced Shop Assistants |   | I visited Eden brial recently with my family. I found the 2 ladies in the shop sour faced, unfriendly and unwelcoming. They did not attempt to put me at ease by talking to me when I was alone in the fitting room with them. It was just stony silence and I had to make most of the conversation. When my mum commented that one of the dresses I tried on looked a little dirty - the lace had gone a grey colour - they glared at her and she was made to feel most uncomfortable.
When I tried on a dress I loved, they didn't offer any accessories that I could try with it. I was intending on ordering the dress that day but after the poor customer service I didn't want to give them my money!
On a positive note they did have a good selection of bridal gowns and some nice bridesmaids outfits. | | Anonymous - 19/05/2011 |
