| Re-considering buying a Sharon Bowen |  |
| Was considering going for a Sharon Bowen design myself.. am appauled to read this particularly as you went for a "standard" design and not bespoke it seems unimaginable that a different quality of material was used. Will definitely not consider her now |

| Sharon Bowen is designer based in Congleton but supplies to many bridal shops as well as offering a couture service direct with her. As she was local I dealt directly with her although I just ordered one of the standard designs. I advise not to deal with this woman or company. The most unprofessional person I have ever met. My 'finished' dress did not look like the sample dress, it was terrible quality, it did not fit, the material was awful. When I started to complain she refused to answer my calls, return my messages, reply to my letters & emails. She sent a message through her collegue that she did not want to talk to me. I had to buy a new dress 2 weeks before my wedding it was that bad!! |
