| Great visit |  | We had been talking to Jen the store manager for a while online, so we thought it was about time to make an appointment!
And so we had a great appointment, she made us feel at ease and having all the stock in price order meant I wasnt scared to go too far out of my price range.
Once I had found my dream dress and couldnt stop crying she pulled out a couple of bridesmaid dresses, and my bridesmaids were more than happy to help and try them on!!
Instant service and so easy.

Cant wait for my dress to come in | | I popped in on the off chance I could have an appointment with my bridesmaids and was grateful that Jenni was honest and said she could do something in about an hour, if i wanted to come back.
I didnt know what i was looking for, and we tried lots of different dresses on, and none of them seemed to be THE ONE, but Jenni was undeterred and asked us all to trust her,she pulled out a dress, and put it on, and it was THE ONE!! Its so beautiful.
She also then chose a complimentary bridesmaid dress with the dress and was honest and upfront the whole time. She figured out all the sizes and wrote them down for me, so I didnt have to bring the bridesmaids back in when i placed the order. Its difficult to get all bridesmaids in one place as most brides will tell you.
There was no hard sell, infact the opposite, I could come in and place the order in 24 hours time, but she wanted me to go away and think about it, which meant there was no pressure, and I was really excited when i went in 24 hours later to place the order.
She phoned the order through whilst I was there and was able to advise me of when they would be in store.
I am so excited and cant wait for the dresses to come in so we can finish off with shoes and tiaras. She has so many in store that we couldnt chose.
