I first visited this shop when I was at the start of shopping for my wedding dress. There was absolutely no comparison to the service I received compared to any other local shop. All the ladies provided the most personal service and I LOVED every minute of my time at The Bespoke Wardrobe in Ingatestone. Everything was perfect from the moment I stepped into the shop till the moment I left with my dress.
I cannot recommend this shop enough!!! xxx |

| Thank you for all your patience and help in choosing the perfect dress I always dreamed of. I had a wonderful wedding day and that is partly due to your great service. I felt very welcome in your shop and really appreciated your honesty, you made buying the dress a fun experience! |

| I paid a deposit after being pushed into it by owners so they could order the fabric I no longer want the dress but they wont return my deposit even though they lied and haven't ordered the fabric all they want is money!! they are above themselves aswell complete snobs bad customer service not business people!!! |

| Having made an appoitment for a dress fitting at this shop the owners were very rude. I turned up early and was told to go away and come back at the correct time. After coming back I was told I was late and couldn't see the dresses. I had an agreed price for the dress, which again was not upheld. Come here if you like bad customer service! |
