| DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS ALTERED BY AMANDA |   | The service in the shop cannot be questioned, it is excellent, however, a word of warning to anyone trusting their wedding dress with being altered by Amanda Ozalp. I am not sure if she is the actual shop seamstress, but she says she is a professional seamstress and takes on work outside of the shop.
I entrusted her with my beautiful wedding dress, and lived to regret it. She made a mess of all the alterations she did and when you question things with her she can get quite confrontational. I had to have my dress altered a number of times by another wedding dress seamstress who did know what she was doing and thankfully saved my beautiful dress so that I could wear it. I was given a 2 hour appointment and tried on over 10 dresses each time aqccessorised with a veil and tiara ( something I didn't think I wanted until I tried one on!)
The wedding dresses are hidden downstairs in a very pretty room with complete privacy which although one other bride came down whilst I was there with her mum, meant that I didn't have lots of people walking past the shop staring in at me.
The dresses are beautiful and a little different from all the other shops I had visited and I am pleased to say that my dress arrived absolutely perfect...fitting and style although their seamstress will be tweaking it for me as I have chosen different shoes....Benjamin Adams with killer heels, also from the same shop.
I have ordered my bridesmaids from them too and was really impressed that all the girls were treated brilliantly well even though they all had different tastes and requirements.
