My daughter hired a prom dress. She was unable to attend prom due to an outbreak of impetigo on her face. She called them as soon as she could to tell them she would not require the dress. She had not even collected the dress. She was upset at not being able to go and the inefficient manager refuses to reply to telephone calls and emails. I'm considering taking them to small claims court. My daughter had
saved this money up over a considerable period of time. Very shoddy customer service |

I waited 45 minutes in the cramped shop for my appointment. I left without having tried on a single dress.
What a waste of a sunday afternoon! |

This was the first bridal shop that I went to. Whilst the experience was nice enough (and in fact one of their gowns was my second choice)I wouldnt recommend it to fellow brides to be.
The shop was cramped and the ceiling had large stains on it, in fact one of the dresses I tried on had a huge brown stain on the back of the dress.
It just felt like the whole shop could do with a lick of paint and sprucing up - it didn't make me confident that in the current climate this shop would still be there in 6 months time! |

| I ordered three bridesmaid dresses from this shop ten months prior to my wedding day. When they had not arrived after 6 months we started to enquire where they were. I was continually assured that there was no problem they would be arriving in plenty of time for my wedding day. To cut a long story short the dresses arrived THREE DAYS before my wedding and they were completely the wrong dresses. I therefore had the stress of looking for new bridesmaid dresses two days before my wedding. The shop did not offer any suitable alternatives and I was completely disgusted with their whole attitude. I do not want this to happen to anyone else and so would urge you not to use this shop. |
