| Amazing dresses and amazing service! |  | | This wedding shop has really excelled in the two most important aspects of wedding dress shopping for me - the dresses and the service. The shop is located a little bit off the beaten track in a place called North Camp - its part of Farnborough, but just outside the town centre - and still easy to reach as its on a main road. The shop itself is superb - beautifully decorated outside and in, and very classy - which combined with the fantastic selection of wedding dresses made it THE place for me. The ladies in there are lovely and really do go out of their way for you, and to help make you feel comfortable and relaxed (I was a bit nervous when I went in, but they were brill). They work on an appointment basis on Saturdays as they get so busy, which means that the whole shop is yours for your appointment - absolutely great not having to share the changing room areas with anyone else - I felt like a film star coming out of the dressing room and into the bridal lounge which is where my friends and mum were treated to champagne whilst they waited for me (I had some after I'd tried on the dresses! :-)). The shop has its own designer and her dresses are gorgeous. She has everything from slinky dresses (not for me with my figure!) to real princess dresses - but not over the top. I chose a lovely romantic dress which is gorgeous and even if I do say so myself, makes my size 14 figure look like a 10! :-) Price wise, I paid £999 for my dress, but I tried on dresses from £599 up to £1800 so I guess there's something for everyone, regardless of budget. I really can't recommend them highly enough both for the choice of dresses, and their amazing service. It was a real experience for myself, my mum and my friends, and I'll remember their help and kindness for a long time. Go visit - you'll love it. | | Zeta - 17/09/2009 |
