| DO NOT BUY FROM LOSNERS! |   | | I ordered 2 bridemaid dresses (3 months in advance), neither dress turned up and we were fobbed off by the staff at Losners for soem weeks before the wedding (Anita and Shirley) who kept promising the dresses would be in, the phone was even put down on me when I called 1 week before the wedding to get some reassurance that the dresses would be in. Then to top it off the day before the wedding I had a phone call telling me the dresses were now in and would I like to collect.... this took no alterations into account at all but they seemed to think this was acceptable! After a very stressful time, the Wedding Centre in Hemel managed to sell me and alter sample dresses - they were brilliant! | | Summer - 21/01/2010 |  | | Brilliant shop | | I bought my dress early last year from Losners in St Albans, their customer service is fantastic.
They have a huge selection of dresses.
