| Such a disappointment |   | | My daughter and I used this shop as they were one of the few the stocked the dress my daughter had fallen in love with. The family who run it are very friendly but rather unprofessional. I agree with the previous review. When my daughter and I went for a fitting we arrived to find out that the lady who does the alterations to the dress was not based in store and had not been booked to come in so wasted journey. After collecting the dress it was given to the lady to do the alterations at home. My daughter was made to feel rushes and uncomfortable. When we finally put the dress on day prior to the wedding the bodice was clearly wrong size should have been a size smaller! My daughter had to wear the dress despite not feeling happy as we had no time to find an alternative. So if you can find an alternative shop! | | Jules kelly - 15/04/2013 |  | | Awful shop with awful staff. | | My experience in this shop was deadly, the staff were so rude and quite loud. They seem to say the right thing to get a sale but I heard them slatting some poor girl after she brought a dress and am sure she must have heard them!!!, completely out of order in my eyes so I decided to go elsewhere even though I liked the dress I was trying on at the time.
nice stock though and perhaps would work if you only listened to your families opinion but beware they have her son working in the shop and they aren't careful with the curtains so could end up shoing all to everyone.
