| Shocked at last review |  | Ok this is the only bridal shop I have been too so don't have anything to compare with but at same time have no complaints.
The ladies were very friendly and helpful, I was allowed to try on numerous dresses in the nice changing rooms and they gave nice honest opinions and advice.
The alterations were fairly priced and done perfectly, and overall the dress and service I got was wonderful and have no problems telling people to visit the shop | | Sarah - 04/09/2013 |  | | Poor Performance |  | I got married last year and i used this bridal shop much to my dismay. My main problem with the owners was the lack of communication, as a bride i am sure you are aware of the stresses that are put upon you and this shop did not help. they did not open when they said they would and did not return calls it was a nightmare.
There was never an explanation of why these things were happening either. I was so worried that i had paid a deposit and they had taken the money.so i suggest that you stay away from this shop if you want a stress free run up to your day.
