| Our Amazing Wedding Day |  | Elegant and luxurious but with a real honest and homely feel. I have not encountered such accommodating staff anywhere else in the UK. They really do go that extra mile for you!
I booked the hotel in July 2016 as I was getting married nearby and needed somewhere for my family and wedding party to stay.
From my very first phone call with Julie the hotel manager, I immediately felt at ease. I was invited to look round the hotel and the rooms and Julie even gave me the guided tour herself.
She was such a great person to have involved and dealt with all the stressful stuff so I didn't have to.
The rooms really are out of this world, all with a character of their own.
The photographs of my bridesmaids and I getting ready are truly stunning because of the backdrop.
The bridal suite was big enough to accommodate myself, my 4 bridesmaids, a hairdresser make up artist AND photographer without feeling cramped. I'm so glad I booked an extra night to get ready for my big day here.
TOP TIP, the bathroom in the bridal suite is a fantastic place to have pictures, particularly the window seat.
And if you want a room with a bit of history ask for the "titanic room" (Not it's real name I'm sure but they will know what you mean)
Also I couldn't believe how reasonably priced the hotel was!
Breakfast was included and full of delicious local produce. I don't think I've ever had better sausages at a hotel than here.
We are already looking forward to going back for our anniversary.
