Was a guest but the day seemed perfect
I recently went to the four pillars as a wedding guest and was blown away with how wonderful the day was and how smoothly it all seemed to go.

The food was to die for, the scenery amazing and the bedrooms for the night were clean and comfortable.

Haven't spoken to my friend (the bride)since as she is still on honeymoon but I was really happy with the day but unfortunately they have no availability for the day I want and not in my price range either :-( but if you can afford it you would be happy with what you get.

The service we received was flawless
We chose it mainly because of the beautiful grounds – large lawns and a river at the bottom. It is a lovely hotel with a great big gravel driveway and it looks really nice in the photos because of the Cotswold stone it is made from. The service we received was flawless – I am a bit of a stress head and was constantly emailing the wedding coordinator with questions like – ‘can I put lanterns in the trees’ or ‘can I have people in to decorate the rooms’ etc (none of which we ended up doing but you know what it’s like with hundreds of ideas running through your head!). The lady there was very patient and answered everything within a day or two and I was totally confident that everything was going to run smoothly. We had a different lady on the day to who we had been dealing with in the lead up but she was possibly even more fantastic (Karen). She organised everything so we didn’t have to think about anything – from gathering up all the guests for the first dance to being our toast master to handing out arrival drinks. I really liked this lady – she even ordered my cousin to put out his ciggie and go and sit down for the meal as we were waiting to be announced in! Everything was done in a friendly, funny way though, she wasn’t stressy or bossy, just extremely organised and it was so nice because it meant everyone was there to see all the significant parts of the day!
