| nice invites but ....... |   | Our invites arrived with 10days and are beautiful but they arrived without the pull satin ribbon.
On calling they offered to send some out but week later not arrived although have been informed they were sent.
A careless mistake thats annoying for me. Expected them sent attached to invites not having to fix myself this would avoid this error. & its not like they were that cheap.
Overall feel abit let down as want to send out with Christmas cards and apology been poor plus got to sit and fix ribbons!!! | | Helen - 15/12/2015 |
