Poor service
Bought our wedding invitations from this shop excellent quality of goods, but customer service is appalling. Ordered printing of words for extra £50, and was not printed on the paper we had paid for. When asked to be printed correctly was treated extremely badly with the lady in the shop shouting out me calling me a liar. Even when I did produce the evidence of the correct order was still served in a rudely manor. When we came round to recollecting the words they were still incorrect, and not written how we asked. A totally unprofessional service from the counter staff. Also had a back order, as they couldn't fulfil our order in one hit. When we came to question about the remaining goods, the staff that took the order acted clueless, and again was treated with rude comments. If you are to shop here I advise to be very careful. Scrutinize your order fully; insist they write your order down clearly with all colours highlighted on the order, and get a guaranteed completion date of all back orders

Nice products, shame about the delivery
I feel really bad about writing a poor review of this company, as most of the products I ordered were great.

This company can provide everything you need to make your own wedding stationary, and from it I ordered a hole punch, some stick-on diamantes, and some peel-off 'wedding invitation' stickers.

The website was easy to use, didn't have an overly complicated check-out and had multiple methods of payment - all good so far.

I checked the delivery information, which states orders are normally dispatched in 2-3 working days and sent by Royal Mail, but to allow up to 10 working days during busy times.

Not knowing when is supposed to be a busy time I merrily placed my order. Then waited. And waited. I constantly checked my order on their online tracker, which just kept telling me it was being packed.

Over 3 weeks later the parcel arrived. I had tried to email the company but had no response. It is a real shame, as (other that the diamantes, which were useless as they were all stuck together) the products were nice and I would like to order some more. I'm a bit loathe to though, as their delivery is clearly very slow.
