| from bad to worse |   | | well i did persevere as you put it and all i can say is that that was the WRONG thing to do. i would advise people to pay more money and get a professional service as all i have had from the team are excuses and no apologies. I would also say that they are awful on the phone, the man who answers does nothing but get defensive and barely listens to what the customer says.
