| Terrible Service |   | This company is totally unprofessional. Not what you would expect from a wedding supplier which makes such beautiful cards as if you don't have enough to worry about. My invitations, table names, were ordered with plenty of time to spare I mean months, as I am so organised, and they still left it right to the last minute to print, I got invites with no envelopes and it all came at different times. I had to literally call them every day and leave 2 or 3 messages each time I contacted them for an update, they never called back when they promised to and it took weeks to respond to emails and then on eventually contacting them they came up with countless excuses as to why they didn't contact me some of which were personal, and quite frankly were totally unprofessional, I am the customer right!? They sent them to my work address as I requested as they were late, and the box was sent with no name on! And they didn't tell me that they had sent them like I asked them too because I needed to keep an eye out for them, they sat in my office on another floor in my building for 3 days! It took me 3 days to get hold of them!! And when I did I got no apology, just absolutely unreliable they really are not worth using so please don't risk it.
