We felt we must write to express our sincere thanks for all the planning and effort you put into Alistair and Sara's wedding.
The Chandos House team did an excellent job but without the proper planning and liaison between the venue, both sets of parents and of course Alistair and Sara, that you coordinated, this might not have happened so easily.
As you know, I have been in the hospitality business all of my career and I understand all too well that these events that go ahead so seamlessly, wouldn't happen without good planning and attention to detail. It's very much as though the guests see the swan gliding serenely across the water but don't see the paddling going on underneath it!
We had so many compliments. I've lost count but the feeling was from so many that this was 'the best wedding they've ever attended'. High praise indeed but fully deserved.
From a personal point of view, I'd like to thank you for being our voice in the planning stages. It's a fine balance to strike between encouragement and interfering for the parents to achieve and you did this so very well on our behalf.
All in all, we had a fabulous day and are very grateful to you for your contribution.
Can't wait to see the photographs and videos.
