E and L Wedding Insurance have just renewed a policy automatically that I intended to cancel as I got married weeks ago and am now having such trouble getting it cancelled and a refund. We didn't actually use them during the year as the wedding went without a hitch!!! but now the customer service is awful so wouldn't reccomend.
Stay clear and pay abit more and go elsewhere to be on the safe side |

We did it all quickly online with no quibble or fuss. Gold Cover. Very reasonable.
Did not have to use them luckily - but with all insurance companies am not surprised it took 2 months to sort for the other postee.

Very cheap but when it comes to paying out they don't so not worth having in the first place.
I needed to make a claim on my wedding dress and after calling to get a form it never appeared.
Did eventaully get a form 3 weeks later following another phone call to a miserable customer service representative.
Took weeks to sort out and had to purchase a new dress for the day but did get a cheque to replace the first one 8 weeks after making the first phone call.
Keep clear, cheap is not always best!!! |
